General Contracting

A general contractor is typically hired to oversee the execution of a construction contract.General contracting is the term used to describe the supervisory work performed by a general contractor. The firm is responsible for managing and building a project designed by someone else. The General Contractor manages and hires subcontractors and other labors in the construction project. The GC acts as the primary supervisor for project and ensures that the hired subcontractors are performing their scope in a timely manner. The general contractor is also the main point of contact with the client.
