Alfredo Andrade’s extensive construction background brings over 22 years of construction related experience & leadership to each of Andcon’s projects. Starting his professional career with the preconstruction department of the Florida based construction management firm Moss & Associates, he was fortunate enough to work alongside a few of the brightest and most talented professionals within the construction industry. He assisted some of South Florida’s largest real-estate developers; Related Group, CMC Group & ZOM development, in constructing 12 high rise residential developments throughout the region. During his time with Moss, he expanded his knowledge base within the disciplines of architectural design, structural design and mechanical design, as well as gained invaluable experience in large scale project management, project budgeting and construction estimating.
Later in his career, he joined the team of a Miami based midsize general contractor—Buildworks—where he headed the preconstruction department. At Buildworks, Alfredo broadened his market knowledge in the construction of new luxury homes, hospitality buildouts, and smaller scale multifamily development. His work with architects such as Choeff & Levy, Strang Architecture and Oppenheim Architecture led him to develop a strong passion for modern design.
Alfredo holds a BS in Project Management from Florida International University college of Engineering. There, he met Andcon co-founder Hassan Eltaramsy. Both coming from a Family of builders they constantly spoke about one day starting a construction company that offered what most construction firms lacked today; Transparency, the use of technology to deliver efficient & streamlined projects and a strong passion for construction & design.
