Hassan Eltaramsy

 

Coming from four generations of builders and construction engineers, Hassan is set to maintain a legacy of passionately constructing buildings in an effort to make the world a better place.  He has been deeply involved in the construction industry since the age of 16 by working for his family’s construction company in Alexandria, Egypt.  In efforts of seeking better opportunities, he decided to move to the United States to get his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Florida International University, where he graduated at the top of his class. After graduation, Hassan worked simultaneously as an assistant project manager and assistant superintendent on 40+ million dollar projects. These experiences have given Hassan rich knowledge across multiple areas of construction management.As Chief Operating Officer, Hassan ensures the success of every project’s operation, from start up to close out. He believes that a project is only deemed successful when the project is safe, under budget, on time , and represents what the client wants in terms of quality and meeting their desires. His areas of expertise include permitting, scheduling, operations management  and a deep knowledge of all disciplines and trades.
