Andcon was hired as a Construction Manager to renovate this historic 8 unit multifamily building in the heart of the Buena Vista district.
The project consists of a complete structural overhaul due to the age and deterioration of the 100+ year old building. All eight (8) of the units will be refitted with new MEP systems and a finish schedule that is in- line with a modern high-end luxury design.
