Andcon was brought on to this project from a repeat client as a General Contractor to complete the Gut renovation of this historic Multi-family building. The project is nestled in the sought out neighborhood of Buena vista just adjacent to south Florida’s upcoming Miami’s Design District.
The project consist of a complete structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing overhaul as well as new interior finishes with premium kitchens and appliances to match! Project completion is estimated for spring of 2020.
