Andcon was approached by a local Miami developer to renovate two multi-family buildings (16 residential units) in the upcoming Miami Neighborhood of little river.
The project consists of the complete structural and interior fit out of one burned unit as well as the complete fit out ( new MEP systems, flooring, drywall and kitchens) of the renaming 15 units. The scope of work also includes new exterior windows, doors and a complete Re-Roof of both buildings.
