Another great project in the books!
Andcon was brought on to renovate a condominium unit in a local high rise building located within the city of North Bay Village. The client requested that we turn the project over with a design build delivery; giving the client and her partners a full turn key service.
We produced all design documents, completed all permit expediting and project closeout in house.
This project consisted of overhauling all Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing systems as well as new custom kitchens, mill work, flooring, drywall and appliances through out.
