ANDCON was sought out for this project not nnly as General contractors’ but as direct consultants’ as well; as this was the clients’ first construction venture in the united states, ANDCON played a valuable roll in advising the stakeholders with crucial information on building codes, city-specific inspection procedures, and design compliance.
Located in Surfside, the first location in the united states (The spa chain has 7 locations throughout Brazil) this 2,300 Square Foot full-service spa was ideally positioned in a luxury community; further raising the bar of craftsmanship that was expected from the client.
The Build consisted of a full tenant Improvement (TI) build-out; new Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems were installed along with substantial layout changes. The Millwork was custom made from Italy; tailored to the builds unique dimensions. the Spa featured 4 full-service fully equipped massage rooms and 40 Full-service Beauty stations.
The Esmell Spa chain plans to open another location in Coral Gables, Merrick Park in the coming months. Stay Tuned!
