Andcon was brought in to fully renovate the lobby and common areas at the West Doral Courtyard Marriott. The renovation covered the entire 6000SF space of an actively operating hotel’s lobby and common areas. The project was focused on renovating the lobby, business centers, restrooms, meeting rooms, reception desks, bars and building out a new gym. This project was performed during the peak of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, which posed major difficulties that Andcon hurdled over to meet project deadlines and budgets.
